Lepidolite is a lithium-aluminum potassium mineral and one of the most commonly found members of the Mica family. The strong pink and purple colour this stone emanates is derived from traces of Manganese impurities within the chemical makeup. Mica is responsible for the glittering, twinkling flecks Lepidolite often displays.
Lepidolite provides deep emotional healing, relieves and reduces stress and depression. Lepidolite dispels negative emotions and insists on using it for the greatest benefit. It also activates the throat, heart, and third eye chakra. It is excellent in clearing the blockages and brings cosmic awareness.
