Palo Santo Stick - Palo Santo is a natural wood incense used for centuries by the Incas and Indigenous people of the Andes. When burned, Palo Santo is believed to have natural healing powers to help remove stress and emotional trauma.
Sweet Grass - used in smudging is believed to bring about a connection to the land and the Earth. It is known for its unmistakably sweet aroma – it has a dry, sweet smell when burned. In smudging, just as Sage is believed to cleanse and clear negativity, Sweetgrass is used to bring positivity; to cleanse and purify, and to invite positive, peaceful energies and spirits into a space or ritual. Sweetgrass tends to be used at the end of a smudging ritual to help bring back a feeling positivity and calm.
Smudge Feather - A Smudge Feather is the perfect item for sending prayers to the Great Spirit. Use one when you are burning Sage or other herbals. When the smoke starts to rise, wave a feather to gently towards send it out towards whatever you are cleansing and to lift your messages and intentions and gain the attention of the Creator.
